It's two weeks since I last exercise.
Sometimes, it's due to rain that had to cancel it;
sometimes, it's due to too hungry so I ate dinner @ 5pm. :P
But, wake up in the morning to jog is the nicest thing to do.
The air is fresh. The wind is nice.
I still remember during my 4months holiday i jogged twice every week in the morning.
The park was full of aunties and uncles.
All are old people with white hair, none are young ones. LOL.
That makes me feel so old. XP
the problem of morning jog is basically - "Can you wake up?"
haha..It's Saturday, the day when there is no class, its normal to sleep longer.
Now, its Sleep vs Exercise.
Both are important to keep us healthy.
So, i must plan my time well..haha.
Looking forward for another morning jog~ ^^
gtg...saturday, it's time to sweep floor and tidy table again. =)
